Created
We experienced delays in event processing starting at approximately 5:10 PM CST. This resulted in temporary delays for message sending/receiving, typing indicators, reactions, and related API functionality. The issue was resolved within 20 minutes. We have identified the root cause and are deploying fixes to prevent this from occurring again. All systems are now operating normally.
